I was technical lead for the S/4HANA brownfield conversion using the downtime-optimized conversion approach. I reduced business downtime from 68 hours to 8 hours and documented the architecture in a 500+ page cookbook.

I led the solution architecture for the move to RISE Cloud ERP Private, aligning infrastructure, migration, integration, and security.
I deployed SAP Joule across RISE PCE and cloud solutions and now oversee integration architecture for the RGM initiative.

I developed the enterprise SAP technical roadmap and migration strategy.
I led the technical design for ITCM integration through BTP, S/4HANA, and CRM, and co-authored SAP customer documentation.

I led the technical delivery of the S/4HANA brownfield conversion.
I refined the cutover approach to reduce downtime from 68 hours to 8 hours and avoid a separate ECC EHP7 upgrade.
